Thank you to everyone who has sent in their email addresses to receive a digital copy of the newsletter. For those who haven’t replied yet to our letter please attend to this as soon as possible. Unfortunately we have had some retirements from our kitchen and we are now urgently looking for new cooks and kitchen hands. If you know somebody who can help us please contact Sybille and she will pass on the information to Claudia our new kitchen supervisor.

The club sincerely thanks Dorli Feuerreiter for her magnificent contribution she made for many years as kitchen supervisor and for her cooking skills. It has been a big job for Dorli and the team and we hope Dorli enjoys the break from her kitchen duties. Gaby has also stepped back from the kitchen but has indicated she will help when she can. Thanks Gaby! Claudia has now been elevated to the kitchen supervisor’s role. Please give Claudia a lot of support and the club thanks Claudia for her wonderful commitment to keep our kitchen going! We have a new kitchen team member and we welcome Patrizia to the club.

Due to increasing costs we have had to make a small increase to our membership fees for 2025/26. The increase will come in effect on your next renewal. The increase prices are in this newsletter. Thank you for your continuing support.

We are having a surprise visit from a Swiss entertainer “Stefan Roos” who won the 2009 Swiss competition for ‘Grand Prix der Volksmusik’. Stefan will be giving a short concert at our club on Friday the 28th February and the entry is free Wow! Please book with Sybille to secure a seat and we will be welcoming our friends from the Swiss Club who has made this visit possible.
